About
I became skilled in yoga through my own unexpected life experiences and my goal became clear. Those who have struggled or perhaps still do, in whatever way that might be, yoga could be the support system that will give you that one extra breath a day to do so much more. I will help you find this.
I offer private one to one sessions and private group classes, personalised to you with extra support to focus more in-depth.
Other than the physical practice, I offer support outside your scheduled classes with printed or digital personal yoga sequences and perhaps breathing exercises. This will help you to keep up with your practice and discover what this beautiful world can give you.
Qualifications
Yoga London, Yoga Alliance Training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow – (RYT-200)
Practised asana, meditation, yoga philosophy and the anatomy of the human body.

ONE TO ONE CLASSES
I work towards the requirements and specific need of each client and design a sequence that will help get the most out of our time together. Classes could include meditation and breathing exercises. You may be nervous to go to a studio class for the first time and want a gentle introduction to suit your level in your own pace.

GROUP CLASSES
Private yoga sessions can be conducted with a partner or friends, making the class as fun and relaxed as possible.

How does it work?
FREE Consultation - 30 minutes
First, we will discuss the best date to meet and have a chat about what you are looking for, what you are expecting and the number of practices you have in mind. You might have a goal you wish to work towards to. This will give me a good idea on how to design your personal yoga sequence and program if you wish to book a package.
Choose location
I offer private classes at my house in North London or if more suitable I can also be teaching at your home.
Private Classes - 1 hour per class
It's time to start the practice with your personal designed yoga sequences.
Printed Personal sequences (optional)
Would you wish to practice between sessions at home? For no extra costs, you could receive your personal yoga sequences to keep up with your practice. This could be via a printed version or perhaps you prefer to receive it via email. The options are there.
